The purpose of this gathering was to seek feedback and suggestions from current SG mentors aimed at improving the programme and to learn from their mentoring experiences on the ground. These 'meet & greet' sessions are meant to be informal and we have planned both ONLINE or OFFLINE options as we would love to reach out and connect to as many SG mentors as possible. Seeing that our key education consultant Gene Schembri was in Singapore for a quick bit, he was naturally part of the programme and it was great to hear from everyone their opinions, feedback, challenges and ideas on improving the landscape of coach development.

SG also extends our thanks to Prime Gymnastics for allowing us to use their space for the meet up catch up and to all the mentors who showed up and shared their thoughts, we appreciate you sharing your feedback and look to continuously work closely with you to drive the growth and development of our coaches.
