Update to Major Games Selection Policies

At the January 2022 Board Meeting, the Board approved the Selection Policies of the following:
- 2021 SEA Games Selection Policy (amended)
- 2022 Commonwealth Games Selection Policy (amended)
- 2022 Asian Games Selection Policy (amended)
