NorthStar Gymnastics aim to be the beacon in every student’s gymnastics journey to reach his or her full potential. Their coaching team powers this goal and forms the backbone of their programmes. They are looking for a motivated Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach to join their team!

If you are a positive and responsible instructor who is passionate about gymnastics, working with children and a solid team player, you are the one they are looking for.

Main Responsibilities

The successful coach will be teaching our recreational and WAG (Level 2 to 5) gymnastics classes according to NorthStar Gymnastics’ programmes. He/She will monitor skill sets proficiency and progression, and cater to individual ability accordingly. The coach is responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing and supportive environment during training, events and competitions.

Requirements

1. Qualifications & Experience

• Registered NROC Coach with minimum 2-years of gymnastics coaching experience at both recreational and competitive levels
• Good knowledge of the Singapore and Australian WAG system

§ Well-versed in gymnastics skills/conditioning techniques, scoring and best practices

2. Skills & Attributes

• Patient and passionate about working with children
• Strictly committed and compliant to child safety in sports
• Strong professional attitude towards work and keen on learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and enthusiastic team player
