WAG NTC Concludes the Year with an Inspiring Training Camp in Melbourne, Australia
Our Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) National Training Centre (NTC) wrapped up the year with an incredible and experience-filled training camp in Melbourne, Australia. This camp provided valuable opportunities for growth, development, and team bonding, setting the stage for even greater achievements in the year ahead.

The camp at the Melbourne Gymnastics Centre provided a unique opportunity for these pre-junior athletes (aged 9-11) to train alongside elite gymnasts, including 2024 Paris Olympians Emma Nedov and Georgia-Rose Brown who represented Australia and New Zealand respectively.
Our gymnasts also had the privilege of learning and working with experienced coaches, including Crystal Yeo (Head Coach of Melbourne Gymnastics Centre, Russell Smart, and Yuki Uchiyama (2016 Rio Olympian who represented Japan). This invaluable experience allowed the Singaporean athletes to gain valuable insights into high-performance training while fostering international collaborations within the gymnastics community.
A highlight of the training camp was an inspiring sharing session with Olympians Emma Nedov and Georgia-Rose Brown. Our gymnasts had the opportunity to hear firsthand about the Olympians' journey to the Paris Olympics.
