How does it work?
Step 1: Select your tickets type by click on the ticket images above.
Concession tickets are applicable for students (above the age of 12) and senior citizens (above the age of 60). Please provide any form of proof or identifications (i.e Student pass/ Senior Citizen card) for verifications prior to entry.
Free admission for all children 12 and under.
Step 2: Select the dates and the number of tickets you wish to purchase for each of the dates.
Step 3: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email confirming your registration with an E-ticket QR Code.
Step 4: Present the E-ticket QR Code at the Event registration area.

Q. Are there any concession e-ticket sold?
A. Yes, concession e-ticket is only applicable to students and senior citizens above the age of 60. Please provide any form of proof or identifications (i.e Student pass/ Senior Citizen card) for verifications prior to entry.
Q: Do i need to purchase a ticket for my child?
A: Free admission for all children 12 and under.
Q. Do athletes competing need a ticket to enter?
A. Athletes competing with their accreditation do not require to purchase spectator tickets as they have FOC spectator access for all days/sessions they are not competing in as long as they are wearing their accreditation.
Q. How can I access complimentary spectator ticket?
A. Parents are encouraged to become an Associate Member of Singapore Gymnastics and receive complimentary tickets to all our events for the year. As an Associate Member you will have FOC access for all sessions and days of competition.
Q. After purchase e-ticket, I am unable to see the QR code.
A. Please click the download images option of the email.
Q. I did not receive e- ticket?
A. No Worries! Tickets puchased before 8th March, 6pm will receive their e-tickets by Wednesday, 8th March, 11.59pm.
For tickets purchased after 6pm after 8th March, the e-ticket will be sent to you at the end of the same day of purchase
(eg: tickets purchased on 11th March before 10pm, will receive their tickets on 11th March, by 11.59pm)
Please check your junk e-mail folder to look for e-ticket. If you cannot find it, please email sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg
Q. As the ticket is for the entire day, can I leave the venue and then return?
A. Yes, on entry you will receive a wrist band and this will enable you to “come and go” for the entire day.
Q. I have purchased 2 tickets and there is 1 QR code, is that correct?
A. Yes, this is correct. The QR code will have the details of what you have purchased.
Q. May I cancel the e-ticket bought?
A. Refer to our Refund Policy, item 6 and below is the extract
